Collections

Commission an original.

Your place. Your soil. Your story.

Each piece is created from soil gathered from a place that holds meaning to you, whether that is a landscape, a sacred site, a memory, or a turning point in your life.

Through chromatography, that soil becomes a one-of-a-kind artwork shaped by the land itself. No two pieces are ever the same.

Soil to Soul

There's more life in a teaspoon of soil than there are people on Earth, and yet we call it dirt.

I make pictures from soil. I gather a couple of spoonfuls from a sacred place - whether that’s a place of cultural or personal significance, and through a process called chromatography the soil draws its own portrait on paper - a timestamp of the earth.

Every one is unique like a fingerprint, or a snowflake - no two will ever be the same.

I'm Victoria. I live in Devon, I work in organic farming, and soil fascinates me - it is the source of life, and we are deeply connected.
